The short version of how trading on PayDirt works. By using the marketplace you agree to the rules below.
01As-is, where-is
Every machine on PayDirt is sold as-is, where-is. Inspect the listing, study the photos, check the hours, and ask the seller questions before you buy — what you purchase is the machine as it sits in the seller's yard.
02Freight is on the buyer
Buyers arrange and pay for transport, or pick the machine up at the seller's location. PayDirt does not broker, schedule, or insure freight.
03Sellers own their listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — specs, hours, serial numbers, condition, and photos. Misrepresented machines get sellers removed from the marketplace.
04Deals are offer-based
Buying on PayDirt starts with an offer to the seller, not an instant checkout. A deal is struck between buyer and seller — PayDirt provides the marketplace, not the purchase contract.
